If the wagering requirements have not been met by the expiry date and time, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically. In the event of a game or platform malfunction — including server errors, connectivity failures, or software bugs — pakgama reserves the right to void any game round or bet placed during the malfunction period. Where technically possible, game state will be restored to the point immediately prior to the malfunction. pakgama is not liable for any losses resulting from game or platform malfunctions outside its reasonable control.
